Psychology:
will address the emotional components of pain, injuries
and disease. Any injury has at least two components-physical
and mental. It is important to examine the emotional
aspects to facilitate recovery and to achieve optimal
results. This may be accomplished through Cognitive
behavioral Assesments and treated with counseling
Licensed
Clinical Social Work
– will provide counseling, social advice.
Depending on the nature and complexity of a patients
condition the LCSW may be a good fit for addressing
the emotional as well as social issues that affect
the patients health. |
